CONFERENCE REPORT OF SMSE & SISED 2024
The 3rd World Symposium on Materials Sciences and Engineering (SMSE-2024) and the 2nd World Symposium on Intelligent System and Electronic Devices (SISED-2024), which took place at Hilton Nagoya (Japan) during Nov. 5th-7th in a hybrid format have come to an end.
The two conferences were hosted by LMSII, and operated by Amazing Congress Co. LTD and VOW Congress Inc. There were 60+ renowned guests from 20 countries who gave moving speeches, such as Dr. Mohini Sain from University of Toronto, Canada; Dr. Valerii Vinokur from Terra Quantum AG, Switzerland; Dr. Qin Zhang from Tsinghua University, China; Dr. Bin Yu from Zhejiang University, China; Dr. Zack Buck from National Institute of Standards and Technology, USA, etc. Dr. Yongmei Chen from Shaanxi University of Science & Technology (China) as the Honorary Chairman of SMSE-2024 also presented and gave a welcome addresses in the Gala Dinner.
There were Plenary Forum with 7 parallel sessions that covered main topics in the field. In addition, 15 posters have been presented on-site. The special event of Best Poster Award was held successfully which was selected by voting of all the participants in person. The winner is Dr. Julita Krassowska, Assistant Professor of Bialystok University of Technology in Poland. And the poster title is “The Use of Low-emission Cements for Concrete with Basalt Fibers and Minibars”.
During the conference, all participants had in-depth discussions and communications exchanged positive experiences and practices, as well as spurred new ideas and opinions. Conferences such as SMSE-2024 and SISED-2024 are a valuable way to discuss ideas and explore new research and techniques. It also aids in the development of fresh ideas for ongoing research. As a result, more collaboration and network building are encouraged.
In the near future, we have more exciting conferences coming up, for example, SMSE-2025 which will take place in Singapore on next Dec.
